Refund Policy

At League of Young Entrepreneurs, we are committed to delivering high-impact training programs, networking events, and youth empowerment services. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to be as fair and transparent as possible with our refund policy.
 

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for the following services, under the conditions outlined below:
 

  • Paid Training Programs

  • Workshop or Event Registrations

  • Consulting or Mentorship Packages

  • Free services or grant-funded programs are not eligible for refunds, as they do not involve direct payment from the user.
     

2. Refund Request Timeframes


Refund requests must be submitted within the following timeframes:

Service Type                        Refund Request Deadline
Online Training Program   -     Within 7 days of program start date
In-Person Workshop/Event  -   At least 3 days before the event begins
Consulting/Mentorship     -     Within 5 days of first session

Requests submitted after these timeframes may not be eligible for a full refund.

3. Partial Refunds or Credits


In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds or credit toward future programs instead of a full refund. These apply if:

  • You attended part of the program

  • Materials have already been accessed or delivered

  • You miss a live event but request to transfer registration to another session

​

4. Non-Refundable Items


We cannot issue refunds for:

​

  • Digital products (e.g., downloadable resources, toolkits) once accessed

  • Services already fully delivered

  • Late or no-show attendance at events or mentorship calls

  • Administrative fees or bank transfer charges
     

​5. How to Request a Refund


To request a refund, please email us at: refunds@leagueofyoungentrepreneurs.org


Include the following in your request:

  • Your full name

  • Program/Event name

  • Payment receipt or transaction ID

  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request within 5–7 business days and notify you of the outcome.

6. Refund Processing

 

  1. Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

  2. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  3. If paid via mobile money or local methods, processing time may vary slightly.
